Are you an experienced agricultural worker with a passion for Indian vegetables and looking to work on a farm focused on organic cultivation and harvesting of these crops? We are now seeking two (2) driven and knowledgeable agricultural workers specialized in Indian vegetables to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

• Planting, caring for, and harvesting Indian vegetables and herbs such as snake gourd, bitter gourd, brinjal (Indian eggplant), coriander, fenugreek, mint, chili peppers, and other traditional crops.
• Daily monitoring of plant health and growth, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Preparation and maintenance of cultivation areas, including soil preparation and sowing.
• Reporting on crop development and any issues to farm management.
• Working with plant protection and sustainable cultivation techniques in accordance with both local and international agricultural standards.
• Coordinating harvest timing and logistics to ensure quality products for sale.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in growing or working with Indian vegetables.
• Has knowledge of the specific cultivation requirements and techniques for Indian vegetables.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong work ethic.
• Has good physical endurance and can work in various weather conditions.
• Is flexible and willing to learn new techniques and methods.
• Has knowledge of English, Hindi, or Punjabi to communicate effectively within the team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in organic farming or sustainable agriculture.
• Experience working with agricultural and harvesting machinery.
• Knowledge of Indian food culture and demand for specific vegetables in the market.
